Paint orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 12 noon. Otherwise within 24 hours of the receipt of order and delivered within four to seven working days from placing your order. Delivery will normally be via our preferred courier.

Designer Paint charts are free and will be dispatched the same day if received before 4pm, Otherwise within 24 hours of the receipt of order and delivered within 2 working days. Delivery will normally be via An Post. Order your free designer paint chart

Tester pot orders will be dispatched the same day if received before 12 noon, Otherwise within 24 hours of the receipt of order and delivered within four working days from placing your order. Delivery will normally be via our preferred courier. Tester paint pots will be dispatched from the paint manfacturer direct to your door. Delivery lead-times are not affected. However if Covid 19 restrictions cause a delay Pure Paint will keep customers informed tof any order delays. There is no minimum paint order.

All Zoffany and Sanderson paint is delivered free of charge by courier direct to your door There is a small delivery surcharge when ordering Andrew Martin paint, All paint tester pots enjoy free delivery. Orders over €30.00 incur a flat fee delivery fee of €12.50

It is very unusual for a paint to be our of stock, as all our paint is made to order, but occasionally there may be a delay if some of the ingredients or pigments are temporarily unavailable. If any of the Products that you have requested are out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours excluding Friday pm to Sunday am.

Your paint order is made to order in the UK, packaged carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and dispatched direct to your door using our preferred courier, so your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition. If you order Zoffany paint it will be made to order in the UK and dispatched direct to your door. If you order Sanderson paint it will be made to order by Sanderson and dispatched direct to your door. If you order Andrew Martin paint it will be made to order by Andrew Martin and dispatched direct to your door. If you order William Morris & Co paint it will be made to order by William Morris & Co. and dispatched direct to your door. All our paint orders will arrive to you with no additional costs. Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email that contains your unique order number. This number should be used in reference to any queries or problems that you have. Once you order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive another email confirming dispatch along with a tracking number from our preferred courier.

If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. If a product is faulty, please notify us by email at: hello@pure-paint.com or phone + 353 61 378362 for assistance. Please note that our paints are mixed specially to order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pure Paint product you may return the following brands at your cost in the same condition as despatched within 14 working days : Zoffany, Sanderson, Andrew Martin In addition, up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales invoice for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Screens cannot represent all paint colours accurately or consistently. We recommend you order a free colour card or buy test pots before you make your final choice.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample pot to test the colour before you place a large order. Make sure you are aware of the differences between finishes and whether the product is suitable for use in the area you intend to use it, e.g. water based emulsion is not usually recommended for wood work or exterior use
