Standard delivery: For mainland Ireland orders: We are dispatching online orders within 1 working day for orders placed before 12 noon.
We appreciate your patience while we work hard to get everyone’s orders where they need to be. Currently delivery to customers is taking between 2 – 3 working days from date of dispatch.
There are no hidden taxes or charges. Please note some of wallpaper brands ship from the UK, there are no additional charges to the customer.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware orders will not leave our factory on weekends or Bank holidays
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pure Paint product you may return the following brands at your cost in the same condition as despatched within 14 working days : Zoffany, Sanderson, Morris & Co.
In addition, up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales invoice for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Do not make a return without notifying Pure Paint and receiving a Pure Paint returns docket, which should accompany the return.
