Shipping Policy

Paint

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all paint orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.

Wallpaper

Free Delivery on Orders Over €250: For wallpaper orders totaling €250 or more, delivery is free within Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Fee for Orders Under €250:

A flat delivery fee of €12.50 applies to wallpaper orders under €250.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 working days.

Shipping to the EU

We ship both paint and wallpaper to the EU.

Returns Policy

Paint

Each paint order is uniquely mixed to your specifications.

As such, these are personalized items and are non-refundable, except in the case of a fault.

Faulty Paint Products
If your paint is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at 061 378363 or email us at hello@pure-paint.com.

We accept returns for defective products only.

We will arrange for a replacement at no charge or issue a refund.​

The paint must be undamaged and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Wallpaper

Wallpaper can be returned under the following conditions

Faulty Wallpaper Products

If your wallpaper is faulty, please contact us at 061 378363 or email us at hello@pure-paint.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

The wallpaper must be in its original packaging and condition.

Non-Faulty Wallpaper Returns

Wallpaper can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-faulty returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection.

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
